  2. Kevin’s Rule
    Kevin’s Rule is about planning six fun or unusual activities throughout the year—one every two months. These should be things you don’t normally do, like taking a trip or trying a new hobby.

    Example: I’ve planned a half marathon in November and a family trip to Big Bear. These events make life more exciting.
